Procurement verification

Proof before adjectives.

Public claims are kept concise. Supporting documents and references are provided to qualified buyers through the appropriate procurement process.

Company and tax records

Requested records are checked for currency before controlled issue.

Regulatory and compliance evidence

Any authorisation or compliance status is stated only after its current evidence is confirmed.

Product and relationship evidence

Dealer, distributor, reseller and supplier terms are kept distinct and evidence-led.

Cross-border assessment

Product, destination, logistics and delivery conditions are assessed before commitment.

References and historical evidence

Relevant records are supplied only through the buyer's appropriate verification process.

Buyer-defensibility pack

Request only the evidence your process needs.

Tell us whether the request concerns supplier onboarding, a public RFQ, a corporate sourcing event, a vessel requirement or technical evaluation. We will identify the relevant current documents without exposing confidential records publicly.

Procurement questions

Clear answers for technical and hidden buyers.

Which documents can procurement request from Joel Mark?

Qualified buyers can request company registration, tax compliance, B-BBEE, ICASA, importer/exporter, relationship, reference, capability, insurance or HSE documentation relevant to their process. Each document is checked for currency before controlled issue; sensitive records are not published openly.

Can Joel Mark assess formal RFQs and tenders?

Yes. Send the complete scope, technical specification, pricing schedule, mandatory returnables, required standards, delivery requirement and closing date and time.

How are experience and relationship claims verified?

Relevant contract, reference, relationship and product records are reviewed against the exact wording requested. A public or procurement statement is not strengthened beyond the evidence available at the time.

Does the website publish confidential certificates or client records?

No. Public pages state verified claim boundaries. Sensitive certificates, references and procurement records are supplied to qualified buyers where appropriate.
